QCWA- Far North Division Established in 1922, the Queensland Country Women's Association (QCWA) is one of the largest women's organisations in Queensland. The QCWA aims to improve conditions for women and children in Australia especially those who live in rural and remote areas. The group is renowned for its role in assisting communities during times of stress and disaster. Equally, they have a long history of providing education and entertainment through the activities of the many CWA branches Australia wide.
