The Bligh Government has regulated when door-to-door traders can drop in on you.
Many locals tell Steve about the number of door-to-door traders knocking on their doors. Some people report traders have been knocking on their doors at all hours of the day. Others report they have felt pressured into buying products or services they didn't want."Most door-to-door traders work for companies with responsible business practices and most people who knock on your door are simply doing their job" Steve said. Sometimes however salespeople can be persistent and it is hard to say no. It's also important that traders visit you during normal business hours.
